Marketing site visitors: anonymous page statistics via Plausible (no cookies, no personal data). If you book a demo: name, company and business email (provided via Calendly). Customers (after signing): supply chain data from your ERP/WMS/production systems, used exclusively to operate the software.

On Microsoft Azure in EU datacenters (West Europe region). Production data is stored in a single-tenant database (physically separated per customer). No data leaves the EU.

AI functionality runs through Azure OpenAI in the EU. Your data is not used to train AI models. This is contractually guaranteed by Microsoft.

PlanCycle engineers have access to fine-tune forecast models, BOM mappings and analyses for your specific supply chain. Beyond that, no access is granted without your request.

Marketing statistics: aggregate, indefinite, not traceable to individuals. Demo requests: 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Customer production data: during contract + 30 days after cancellation for export availability, then permanently deleted.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Submit a request to marcel@plancycle.io — we respond within 30 days. Complaints may be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.

Encryption at-rest (Azure SQL TDE) and in-transit (TLS 1.2+). Access via multi-factor authentication. Audit logging on all administrative actions.

Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers. Marketing site changes are dated at the top of this page.
